Since my shop is at home, I am usually there to take your call. In the event that I'm busy with something that I can't put down at the moment, if you leave a message I'll check it as soon as I reach a point where I can stop, and return your call. I also check my email several times during the day. Contractors and tradesmen who don't return calls annoy me as much as they do you.
