These two pieces were built as a set; the 48" lateral file cabinet, and a computer/printer cabinet. They were constructed from quartersawn white oak, which gives the effect commmonly referred to as "tiger oak".

The file cabinet was built to hold legal size files, and features locking drawers and anti-tip hardware (only one drawer may be opened at a time). The computer cabinet houses the hard drive and printer, with roll-out trays for each.
